1. General

What is Focuusa?
Focuusa is a social network for life improvement. It offers a positive, distraction‑free environment where every interaction helps you grow emotionally, physically, intellectually, and socially.

Who is Focuusa for?
Anyone who wants to live a better‑quality life and enjoy a constructive social‑media experience.

 

What are Spaces?
Spaces are specialty sub‑groups or rooms dedicated to a single life‑improvement topic. Each Space hosts discussions, events, community challenges, learning paths, and resource libraries so you can practice skills and build better habits.

Examples:

  • Strength Training – progressive workouts and form checks (physical)

  • Emotional Intelligence – self‑awareness exercises and empathy labs (mental)

  • Life Purpose – vision‑setting workshops and reflective journaling (spiritual)

 

Which devices and browsers are supported?
Focuusa works in any modern desktop or mobile browser—no installation required.


2. Accounts & Subscriptions

What’s the difference between Free and Premium accounts?
Free accounts give you full access to every Space and all core features.
Premium unlocks extras like applying to become a Guide, advanced scheduling, community‑creation tools, and other forthcoming power features.

Is there a trial for Premium?
Yes—new users receive a 14‑day Premium trial.

How do I upgrade to Premium?
Open Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. When you cancel, your Premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period and then your account transitions to Free.

 

3. Guides

Who is a Guide?
Guides are mentors, coaches, teachers, and experts who share their knowledge with the community. They publish both free and paid content that members can subscribe to inside Spaces or on the Guide’s profile page.

Who can become a Guide?
Any Premium subscriber can apply. Demonstrated expertise in the relevant category is strongly recommended.

How do I apply?
Open any Space and select Members → Become a Guide, or visit your Premium Plan settings. Pick the Spaces you want to serve and submit your profile. We respond within 3 business days and make the final call on approvals.

Why was my application not approved?
Selections are based on experience, alignment with the Space, and member demand. You can update your profile and re‑apply at any time.

Can I change the Spaces I guide later?
Yes—submit a change request in Guide Settings. Approval is still required.

 

4. Spaces

How do I join a Space?
Browse the catalog or follow an invite link, then click Join and the Space appears in your sidebar. All Spaces are open to every Focuusa member—no special permissions needed.

Can I leave a Space?
Absolutely. Click the ••• menu inside the Space and choose Leave; you can rejoin any time.

 

5. Payments & Billing (Stripe)

What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe Checkout supports all major credit/debit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Stripe is a PCI‑DSS Level‑1 provider. Focuusa never stores your card details.

When will I be charged?
At the end of your trial (if applicable) and subsequently on the same calendar day each month or year, depending on your plan.

Do you offer refunds?
No. Payments are non‑refundable. If you cancel, you retain Premium access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Where can I get an invoice?
All invoices and receipts are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices.

 

6. Troubleshooting & Support

I can’t log in—what should I do?
Click Forgot password on the login page or contact support@focuusa.com if issues persist.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use Help → Feedback in the app or email support@focuusa.com. 

Where can I see product updates?
Follow the Updates section on Focuusa’s company page (focuusa.com/updates).
