Focuusa Terms of Service

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Tallinn, Estonia, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
